Psychotherapy in English

Understanding begins with being understood.

I offer psychotherapy and family therapy in English for young people, adults, couples and families. My approach is relational, collaborative and tailored to your individual situation.

Welcome

Finding a therapist in English in Finland can feel challenging. Whether English is your native language or simply the language that feels most natural for discussing personal matters, you are warmly welcome.

I work with both native English speakers and people who use English as an additional language. The most important thing is not perfect language, but the possibility of building a shared understanding of your experiences, relationships and life situation.

Common themes we can explore together

You can reach out even if your situation does not fit neatly into one category.

Neurodiversity

Autism, ADHD, Tourette syndrome, late diagnosis, identity, relationships and understanding your own way of experiencing the world.

Anxiety, Burnout and Life Transitions

Stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, loss, recovery and finding new ways to move forward.

Relationships and Family Life

Couples therapy, family relationships, communication difficulties, parenting, and the unique strengths and challenges of neurodiverse families. I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ relationships, and people from diverse family backgrounds and relationship structures.

Sessions in person or online

Sessions are available in Helsinki (Töölö), Espoo and online. Online appointments are available throughout Finland and internationally.
